The 337-unit co-living development, designed by Morris + Company, features two eight-storey buildings with courtyards and terraces inspired by Hackney Wick’s character. Led by Halcyon Development Partners, the project includes 1,760m² of public space, connecting Stratford and Hackney Wick. It reflects the site’s history as the Clarnico Works Confectionery Factory, aligning with the Hackney Wick Central Masterplan’s vision.
