We prepared a detailed Circular Economy Statement and Whole Life Carbon Assessment on behalf of Balance Out Living Limited as part of a Full Planning Application to the London Borough of Wandsworth regarding the proposed development of 3 Culvert Road, Battersea.

The project includes 213 studio apartments with en-suites and kitchens, along with shared spaces like co-working areas, a gym, lounge, and event space.
Balance Out Living aims to combine modern private living with vibrant community spaces, promoting personal and professional growth, health, and wellness. Certified guided the project’s use of Circular Economy principles and low-carbon materials, and is working toward BREEAM 'Outstanding' and WELL Platinum certifications.
