Our team at Carbon Climate Certified played a pivotal role in this project, serving as the BREEAM Accredited Professional throughout its development. Additionally, we acted as the WELL Accredited Professional on behalf of the University of Huddersfield, ensuring the building met the rigorous standards for both sustainability and health-focused design.

This collaborative effort brought together various stakeholders, including CBRE as a key partner and BAM as the appointed contractor. The Daphne Steele Building is currently targeting WELL Platinum certification, symbolising a commitment to delivering a world-class, health-conscious facility.
