The Grove Crescent project plans to introduce 397 student housing units along with 22,000 sq ft of workspace tailored for local artisans and creative enterprises. This initiative aims to support the area's higher education needs while boosting local spending through the influx of students.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the development will also offer new outdoor and amenity spaces, enhancing the public realm with additional greenery to create a more inviting environment for the community. The car-free design promotes sustainable transportation options, encouraging residents to walk or cycle.
