We are proud to share that Gymshark’s flagship and first-ever high street store on Regent Street has achieved BREEAM Certification, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to sustainability in property and retail operations.

As BREEAM Assessor and Accredited Professional, Carbon Climate Certified worked closely with Gymshark’s design team from the project’s inception to its completion. This collaboration ensured the refurbishment of the impressive 18,000 sq ft space met the highest environmental standards.

The store’s innovative design features convertible clothes racks that allow seamless transitions from retail space to workout zones, enabling Gymshark to host fitness events, product launches, and influencer meet-ups. The space reflects the brand’s dynamic identity while creating a community-driven, adaptive environment with integrated social media sharing for live experiences.
