The scheme, designed by ECE Westworks, comprises of 2 buildings a 12 storey and 6 storey element to provide purpose built student accommodation bed spaces in Nottingham City Centre. The scheme also includes a basement council car park for circa 50 car parking spaces and retail units fronting onto a new public landscaped route to reinstate the historical street patten.
