We've worked with Cheyne Capital to design and implement a structured framework for sustainability reporting across their real estate portfolio. Our role has been to provide a consistent methodology for assessing, measuring, and reporting sustainability performance at both development and operational stages of each asset’s lifecycle.

Details

A central part of our work has been the application of the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM), a science-based tool that evaluates operational energy performance against climate aligned benchmarks. By integrating CRREM into Cheyne Capital’s reporting processes, we help to identify potential transition risks such as premature obsolescence or misalignment with future regulatory standards, supporting both investor transparency and long-term asset resilience.

The framework extends beyond operational energy performance. It incorporates reporting on embodied carbon through Whole Life Carbon Assessments, alongside supporting deliverables such as Pre Demolition Audits, Site Waste Management Plans, and Green Building Certifications. This holistic approach ensures that environmental impacts are monitored across construction, operation, and end of life phases.
