What initially drew you to join the company?
The strong sense of growth and openness that came across during the interview and when I visited the office. It felt like an environment where I could develop both personally and professionally.

Is there a moment you felt proud to work here?
Helping deliver Australia's first ever BREEAM-certified assessment, and attending the BREEAM Awards where we were proud to win ‘Highly Commended’ for our team’s efforts.

As a company we are BREEAM, LEED, WELL Building Standard, HQM & PassivHaus licensed.
We also assist in carbon material profiling and achieving net zero carbon compliance, alongside the more procedural professional qualifications and accreditations including Constructionline, Acclaim & ISOQAR ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Where we work
As the UK leads on the climate challenge our work within the global economy has expanded tremendously through projects across Asia, the Middle East, India, and Australia.
This new territory in sustainable design and environmental impact certification has been extremely rewarding, understanding local regulations, working practices and cultures, often leading environmental certification for the first time in each country.

We believe sustainability in the built environment at both organisational and project level must offer value and avoid where possible a ‘box ticking’ culture.
