The Oastler Building has become the new recognisable face of the University of Hudderfield, with its curvaceous three-dimensional form and architectural fins rising over the upper floors. It houses the University’s Law school and part of the School of Music, Humanities and Media.

The Oastler Building, a striking new landmark at the University of Huddersfield, houses the Law School and part of the School of Music, Humanities, and Media. The six-story building features lecture theatres, tutorial spaces, offices, and a Law Court, all connected by a dynamic central atrium.
BIM was used to streamline design, construction, and asset management. The building achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' and an EPC A rating, reducing carbon emissions by 28% compared to standard buildings. Following this success, Certified also worked on other university projects, including the BREEAM 'Excellent' Barbara Hepworth Building
