Carbon.Climate.Certified is proud to have played a key role in delivering numerous award-winning developments. Our expertise has also been recognised through the achievements of our Company Director, Barry Rankin, who was named BREEAM Assessor of the Year in both 2013 and 2015.
Most recently, Carbon.Climate.Certified was awarded Highly Commended in the Best Assessor Company category, standing out amongst a global network of more than 2,600 BREEAM Assessors across 70 countries.

We are experienced in providing both scheme assessment to full certification and strategic consultancy on specific BREEAM, HQM, WELL & Fitwel ratings, plus many more.
We aim to work proactively with design and project teams to advise and guide parties through the complex structure and intensive requirements within any assessment. Our combination of in-house developed systems and use of leading assessment tracking software assists and informs parties at all stages of an assessment. This also offers transparency and the structure required to educate, collate and assess evidence from design teams to maximise potential credit scores and BREEAM ratings.
