ReShape
Reflecting on our partnership with Re:shape
Our relationship with Re:Shape was established through previous successful collaborations with The Collective, where both Robbie Nightingale (Re:Shape, Partner) and Jermaine Browne (Re:Shape, Co-Founder) previously worked, creating an early foundation of trust, shared values, and delivery confidence.
Building on this experience, Re:Shape sought to work with a highly engaged and specialist consultancy that could operate as a genuine extension of their team and work closely with them as their brand and portfolio evolve.
In Certified, we found a partner that supports us in setting and achieving robust environmental targets in both projects and at a corporate level. The team at Certified continue to challenge us to raise standards, helping embed best-in-class sustainable practices and driving continuous improvement as we grow.

The framework extends beyond operational energy performance. It incorporates reporting on embodied carbon through Whole Life Carbon Assessments, alongside supporting deliverables such as Pre Demolition Audits, Site Waste Management Plans, and Green Building Certifications. This holistic approach ensures that environmental impacts are monitored across construction, operation, and end of life phases.

Reporting requirements are embedded into key project gateways, covering due diligence, practical completion, and annual operational reviews. At each stage, sponsors and project teams are required to provide consistent data and evidence. Carbon.Climate.Certified consolidate these outputs into Cheyne Capital’s Sustainability Monitoring Tool, creating a clear overview of performance metrics and alignment with best practice standards across jurisdictions.
Through this collaboration, we have delivered a scalable and transparent sustainability reporting approach that enables Cheyne Capital to manage risk, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to evolving market expectations. This project highlights Carbon.Climate.Certified’s expertise in creating practical, science-based frameworks that support institutional investors in meeting both regulatory requirements and investor demand.
