Taxi House Achieves BREEAM 'Outstanding'

Taxi House in Westminster is a landmark canal-side development by Cheyne Capital, providing 332 BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ units alongside a wellness centre, restaurant, cinema, and vibrant communal spaces.

Taxi House was previously certified as the first flexible living scheme to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ at Design Stage, with the rating now confirmed by the final Post-Construction certificate. Certified are proud to have supported the project as both BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP.

The scheme is also targeting a BREEAM In-Use ‘Outstanding’rating, which assesses the building’s performance in operation.
