Our work integrated BREEAM strategy, Whole Life Carbon assessment, Circular Economy principles and the Dominus ESG Framework, helping shape a robust environmental approach from the earliest design stages.

Dominus is delivering a 240-key hotel at 123 Judd Street in London’s King’s Cross, transforming a former telephone exchange through a reuse-led approach that retains the existing substructure and approximately 80% of the building’s framework to reduce embodied carbon impacts.
