Outcome & Solution
We prepared a detailed Circular Economy Statement and Whole Life Carbon Assessment to support the Full Planning Application. Our work guided the project's material strategy, focusing on low-carbon, circular design principles from the outset. Certified continues to support the team in targeting both BREEAM 'Outstanding' and WELL Platinum, ensuring the development achieves the highest standards in sustainability and occupant wellbeing.
