Challenge
The scheme aims to add high value amenity areas to the proposal, such as landscaped roof terraces a gym, group study spaces, games and social lounges, a media room and private dining facilities. The development will also include nearly 2,000 sqm of commercial space, adding to the area’s dynamic environment.
Outcome & Solution
We worked closely with the developer Watkin Jones and design team to deliver BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification at Design Stage, both as the BREEAM Assessor and the BREEAM Accredited Professional. A score of 78.65 % and 76.35% were achieved for the PBSA and Workspace schemes, respectively.
