Developing a large-scale, sustainable residential project with a focus on ESG performance, energy-efficient smart homes, and high-quality design, while ensuring a positive environmental impact and enhanced living experience.
Collaborating with MODA Living, we implemented ESG Design Standards, supporting Fitwel and HQM certification. We conducted Whole Life Carbon Assessments, ensuring the development meets sustainability and environmental goals.
