Stone Yard, a £400m four-acre regeneration in Digbeth, Birmingham, will deliver 1,000 energy-efficient build-to-rent apartments with green spaces, aiming for Fitwel 3 Stars and HQM 4 Stars certification.

Details

Developing a large-scale, sustainable residential project with a focus on ESG performance, energy-efficient smart homes, and high-quality design, while ensuring a positive environmental impact and enhanced living experience.

Collaborating with MODA Living, we implemented ESG Design Standards, supporting Fitwel and HQM certification. We conducted Whole Life Carbon Assessments, ensuring the development meets sustainability and environmental goals.
