The National Automotive Innovation Campus (NAIC) at the University of Warwick spans 30,000m², supporting automotive R&D. Targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ with potential for ‘Outstanding’ certification, the campus will feature advanced facilities for up to 1,000 people.
Challenge
Achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ or ‘Outstanding’ while integrating energy-efficient systems, enhancing biodiversity, and ensuring the campus supports advanced automotive research and sustainable transport.
Outcome & Solution
We provided BREEAM Assessment, feasibility studies, and strategic feedback, ensuring energy-efficient design through CHP District Heat, PV systems, and biodiversity enhancements, while supporting the project's sustainable, high-performance goals.
