Carbon.Climate.Certified supported Federated Hermes and Savills in securing the world’s first BREEAM In-Use Residential Assessment certification for a solely residential building, achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

Challenge

Undertaking the first-ever BREEAM In-Use assessment for a residential building using the new BIU version 6 criteria, while developing new reporting systems and ensuring the building met the highest sustainability standards.

Outcome & Solution

We provided expert guidance through the assessment process, securing the highest-rated BREEAM In-Use Residential certification in the UK. This success led to continued collaboration on further residential projects, including Pomona Wharf.
