We are collaborating with Tide Construction on a 495-home Build to Rent scheme in Walthamstow, aiming for an HQM ‘4.5 stars’ rating, with flexible communal spaces promoting resident wellbeing.
Challenge
Achieving a high HQM rating for a large-scale Build to Rent development, with a focus on flexible, shared spaces that support the health and wellbeing of residents while ensuring sustainability.
Outcome & Solution
We are working closely with the design team and contractor to ensure the scheme meets HQM criteria, supporting the delivery of high-quality, sustainable homes with significant wellness features.
