BREEAM In-Use is an assessment and certification scheme designed to help building owners, occupiers and management to analyse and benchmark environmental performance of existing buildings, encouraging continual improvement where possible.

We have used BREEAM In Use to provide formal certification of institutional portfolios and have worked closely with major Real Estate Investment Funds to assess the inherent performance their assets and plan maintenance and refurbishment expenditure as well as operational costs and carbon profiling.
