Located in Worli, Mumbai, Birla Niyaara is India’s only BREEAM-certified residential project and the first to achieve an ‘Outstanding’ rating.

Certified acted as BREEAM Assessor for the scheme, working alongside the design team to shape the credit strategy, review evidence against the BREEAM criteria, and verify performance through to certification.
