Russia's First BREEAM 'Excellent'

We are proud to have been the BREEAM Assessors for European Quarters Building 17 in Tyumen, the first residential building in Russia to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

Developed by Brusnika and designed by KCAP, the project was recognised at the BREEAM Awards 2021 in the Homes Design Stage category. A landmark in sustainable urban development, the scheme forms part of a wider car-free masterplan focused on quality of life and climate resilience.
